The use and maintenance of the crane during the break-in period
After the crane leaves the factory, it is generally stipulated that there is a running-in period of about 60 hours (some are called the running-in period), which is stipulated by the manufacturing factory according to the technical characteristics of the crane in the early stage of use.

Differences between traditional cranes and European cranes
In terms of the difference between the two, the traditional crane is much more complicated in structure, and uses a lot of materials at the same time, and the overall weight is very large, while the European-style crane is much simpler in structure and uses less materials. The overall weight is also much lighter.
How does an overhead crane move?
Overhead cranes are hoisting equipment that is horizontally placed over workshops, warehouses and stockyards for material hoisting. Because its two ends sit on tall concrete columns or metal supports, it is shaped like a bridge. The bridge of the bridge crane runs longitudinally along the track laid on the elevated on both sides, which can make full use of the space under the bridge to lift materials without being hindered by ground equipment. It is a kind of hoisting machinery with a wide range of use and a large number.

The main reasons for the welding deformation of bridge cranes
Overhead cranes are hoisting equipment that is horizontally placed over workshops, warehouses and material yards for material hoisting. Because its two ends sit on tall concrete pillars or metal supports, shaped like a bridge. Overhead cranes are widely used in engineering and production, but many problems will occur during use.

The structure of the jib crane
There are also many classifications of jib cranes, and the structures are of course different. Generally speaking, the main components are cantilever (truss type and box type), balance arm, tower body (or column) and various operating mechanisms. The hoisting mechanism is installed on the trolley or on the balance arm; the cantilever leaning slewing drive mechanism drives the rotation; the mobile trolley completes the movement of the hoisting load along the front and rear directions of the cantilever; some cranes also have walking mechanisms , the crane can move along the track on the ground as a whole.
