In terms of the difference between the two, the traditional crane is much more complicated in structure, and uses a lot of materials at the same time, and the overall weight is very large, while the European-style crane is much simpler in structure and uses less materials. The overall weight is also much lighter.

First, the difference in the main beam structure. As far as the traditional crane is concerned, it is generally composed of a variety of medium gauges and small partitions. The European-style cranes have a lot of off-track, and there are no small partitions or rail pressure plates. They are welded with square rails.

Second, the difference in structure, the difference in structure between the two is still very obvious. For example, the traditional crane end beam and the main beam are integrated, so the beam structure is very heavy and complex in structure.

Traditional cranes are generally inconvenient for transportation, while the structure of European cranes is much simpler. The main beam and end beam are separated, which is also very convenient for transportation, especially for on-site installation.

3. The walking platform is very different. The structure of the traditional crane is very complicated. At the same time, it uses a lot of materials and supports a lot of points. The competition is very large when the walking platform is carried out. Not much, the walking platform is a lot narrower, and it is also a lot lighter.

Another feature of European cranes is the intelligent control system. A complete monitoring system can monitor the usage of each part of the crane at any time and whether there is any wear. It can timely reflect the operation status of the equipment and make preparations in advance.

Some European European crane manufacturers can also install intelligent anti-sway systems to improve work efficiency and prolong the life of the crane.

European cranes are relatively small in size and low in cost, so under the same performance requirements, compared with traditional cranes in my country, European cranes have higher cost-effective utilization rates, so they are widely welcomed in the current market.
